At Fjällräven I worked with customers to find solutions to repair for an extensive range of products:

  • Backpacks/ Hiking packs

  • Knit apparel

  • Rain gear (Top shells and pants)

  • Lined jackets (synthetic and Down filled)

  • Technical pants and tops

  • And any other product sold

Insights and skills practiced from my experience at Fjällräven include:

  • Firsthand knowledge of customers needs out of hiking equipment

  • Doing repairs in a manor to exceed customers needs, while protecting the companies interests of meeting costs and deadlines
